Abramson Cancer Center Ribbon Cutting
Kim Brumbaugh, as a Chester County Hospital Foundation Board Member, recently participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony of the new Abramson Cancer Center at Penn Medicine's Chester County Hospital. The Center will provide exceptional and state-of-the-art cancer treatment and care to the patients and families within the community.

United Way Golf Sponsor
Brumbaugh Wealth was pleased to be a sponsor of the United Way's 2023 Chester County Stronger Golf Classic held at Penn Oaks Golf Club. Brumbaugh Wealth Takes Strides for Charity
Brumbaugh Wealth staff and family members recently participated in The Snowball Shuffle. Joining in the spirit of the event, our team donned snowman caps. This 5k run/ 1 mile walk was held on March 4 at Eagleview Town Center in Exton, PA. All proceeds from this event, which Brumbaugh Wealth was a sponsor, benefited Communities that Care of Greater Downingtown in its mission to use preventative programs and policies to foster positive mental health and youth development.

Brumbaugh Wealth Supports Holiday Food Drive
Brumbaugh Wealth was pleased to support The Hankin Group's annual holiday food drive to benefit the Chester County Food Bank. Our office manager, Nancy Garganio, delivered almost 100 items that employees and the firm donated to help those in need in the community.

2022 Executive of the Year Awarded to Kim Brumbaugh
On November 3, Kim was recognized as the 2022 Executive of the Year by the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry (CCCBI) during its Annual Awards Celebration. This award is presented to a senior executive who demonstrates great business and civic leadership in the community. Laura Manion, CCCBI President, shared, “Kim Brumbaugh is a true public servant and is continually recognized for being a top performer in her industry and for her decades of notable experience. She is not only a leader in the Chester County business community, but also in the nonprofit sphere, serving on many boards, and bringing her talents, mentorship, and initiatives to those organizations.”

Kim Brumbaugh Presents at Women Influencing Business Conference
Kim conducted a breakout session for the Chester County Chamber’s Women Influencing Business “WIB” conference held at the Boy Scout’s of America complex in Exton, PA. Her topic was “Women and Finance in Today’s Economy”. The WIB event was a huge success, with sixty-seven women attending.

New Office Opens in Greensboro
Brumbaugh Wealth Management is pleased to announce the opening of our newest office location in Greensboro, North Carolina. August 1, 2022 marked the grand opening at 101 S. Elm Street, Suite 56, Greensboro, NC 27401. Financial Planner and Director of Business Development, Andrew Scheppegrell (Schep) is our “resident” advisor. This is a perfect fit for Andrew as he is a native of Greensboro and graduate of the University of South Carolina. Brumbaugh Wealth 2022 Faces of Philanthropy
The Philadelphia Business Journal honors Brumbaugh Wealth Management at their 2022 Faces of Philanthropy event. Brumbaugh Wealth Management partnered with The United Way of Chester County to undertake tax reassessments for local homeowners that were being overcharged with their taxes. Of those undertaken, Brumbaugh has paid for one in five mobile homeowner reassessments. This initiative has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes and penalties. With the financial support of Brumbaugh, they have successfully appealed over 760 cases, saving mobile homeowners an average of $885.35 annually on taxes.
